Design files and browser processing
Core design work is performed in the browser. Files you choose are opened for the requested editing operation. Project and output downloads should be stored and backed up by you.
Browser storage
The editor may use browser storage for settings and reusable data such as custom thread palettes. You can clear this data using browser controls, which may remove saved preferences or local palette data.
Anonymous product feedback
Sew Editor may collect optional categorical product feedback and, when you choose, a short free-text explanation, with limited non-identifying context such as the machine export format and a coarse acquisition-source category. You are asked not to include personal information in the explanation.
Website and contact information
Hosting providers may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and time. If you contact us, the submitted name, email, subject, and message are used to respond and maintain the support conversation.
Your choices
Avoid including sensitive information in project names or support messages. You may request information about a contact submission or ask for its deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements, through the Contact page.
